जान-ऐ-बहार के आते ही
खिल पड़े हैं गुल-ऐ-गुलज़ार
क्या कहेंहाल-ऐ-दिल का
कि बेसब्र हुआ हर बार
ना चाह कर भी चाहा उनको
जिया में जानने को उनको
ना जा सके कहीं दूर उनसे
समां यूँ बंधा उनके आगोश में
